Rami is pure magic. This is not just a massage. It is very intense... deep breathing ...Rami finds every spot in your body that needs release.
After 2 1/2 hours I felt amazing and 5 days later I still feel amazing. I can jump out of bed when I wake up. My usual routine was 15 to 20 minutes of stretching and groaning to get things moving, but now I can focus on maintaining this amazing feeling and not let my body return to what it was. Muchas Gracias Rami!

Yesterday was the first time I did Qi Gong. I like to move and I enjoy this more than yoga. After it I felt energized and it felt like every vein, joint & organ in my body was loosened up. I can recommend this to everybody who wants to exercise and doesn't like to do fitness. I loved it!

I highly recommend Rami's classes. It gently helps with strength, flexibility and correct breathing and leaves you energized and not tired.

I’ve had a lot of massages, but don’t always find relief for long. I’ve come across a few gifted practitioners and Rami Kouhana is one of them. I’ve tried a few spa and beach massages here, and while they feel good in the moment, they haven’t resulted in lasting change.
After my first session with Rami, my body felt different, and it has helped shift a chronic pain in my hip/low back. I’d definitely recommend him 🙏🏼

I came to Rami with two hip and one knee replacement, a bad back, and frozen shoulders. In short, I was a mess.
Rami is definitely therapeutic body work; providing deep tissue and trigger point massage. Within a month he has extended my range of motion, enabled me to walk upright ( vs hunched over) and helped me become more attentive to my body.
I walked almost 1.5 miles yesterday which was a miracle. I highly recommend Rami if you are serious about body work. He uses numerous tools of his trade and cares deeply about his work.

I want to recommend a fabulous massage and cranial sacral therapist, Rami Kouhana — we had the pleasure of having him over yesterday to work on our teen daughter who had developed severe insomnia back in the states after prolonged construction work around our home— she had seen many specialists and was still having very fragmented and poor sleep.
We are happy to announce this morning that she slept all night uninterrupted, first time in months.
Rami also worked on our friend who also was able to release emotion and tension and loved it!

Rami made me feel safe and comfortable from the start. He knows how to gauge the client's comfort level and then suggest where to go. I ended up doing a longer session. There was quiet time too so I could let my mind wander and then was literally, naturally somewhat high for 24 hrs. Highly recommended!

I am a 200hr Yoga teacher trained in Bali Indonesia certified with Yoga Alliance International. Yoga has been a compliment to my athletic lifestyle, supporting my body to move freely and strong. I enjoy learning new things and adding to my fitness lifestyle.
Tai Chi has always intrigued me and I became keen to learn after I spent some time in China watching the locals practice in the park. The opportunity presented for me this summer when Rami came to my village at Sun Peaks Resort in the interior of British Columbia.
Within the first few days of class, much to my surprise, I ended up having shoulder pain and restriction of movement, I was disappointed at first thinking "oh no, I guess I will need to stop going to class".
On further reflection, I sensed it was from a previous injury that the Tai Chi helped resurface providing my body an opportunity to heal on a deeper level. I continued to attend class, but to move more mindfully and with intent and to use my breath as the guide as instructed by Rami. In doing so, within a few days the pain was gone and I had more range of movement than I've had since the initial injury.
I am including Tai Chi in my daily practice combining it with Yoga. The Tai Chi movements feel natural and intuitive with a dynamic flow and rhythm as in a dance.
I highly recommend Tai Chi as a compliment to ones holistic lifestyle for enhancing and deepening their mind, body, spirit connection.
